As of 2023 we have changed our name to METAL MAIL to showcase our specialization in "steel cut designs to your door". 

Do you have a storefront?  

We do not have a storefront, but we are open 24/7 on metal-mail.com.  We make and ship all of our items directly from Chandler Heights, Arizona. 

Will it last outside? 

All items are made out of steel.  Everything is powder coated except raw metal, natural, and rust.  

*If you choose raw metal (no paint, buffed), natural (raw, not buffed), or rust, these pieces will continue to show wear and rust over time, especially when left outdoors.  

 Can I change the size? 

Of course!  All of our products are made to order.  If you don't see a size listed, let us know the dimensions you need and we'll make a custom listing for you.

What’s customizable?

EVERYTHING.  All products are made to order and designed upon receiving your order.

Can I change the font or text of something I see in a picture on your site?

No problem! If you have a specific font in mind, let me know in the ‘notes’ of your order, or feel free to send me an email.  We always try our best to respond quickly.

How thick is the metal? 

We love the feel of good quality metal.  We wouldn’t put up anything flimsy in our house, so we wouldn’t expect you to either.  Most of our products are cut from 12 gauge metal.  This metal is just shy of 1/8" thick.  Large solid pieces and bumper caps, are often cut in 14 gauge.    

 What metal colors and finishes do you offer? 

Rust – Natural metal, accelerated rust (real rust)

Raw Metal – Buffed metal, no paint (can rust, especially outside), great if you want to paint a specific way or color.

Clear Coat – Powder coat - Clear over buffed metal, maintains shiny silver metal 

Natural – Metal straight off the machine, has a rustic look as you can see metal imperfections and rust.  All pieces vary and may or may not have a heavy patina

Natural + Clear – Clear powder coat gives a gloss and shine over the natural metal which gives a finished feel over the rustic look.   

Black – Powder coated, matte black (most popular color)

Oil Rubbed Bronze - Powder coated, matte dark bronze

White – Powder coated, high gloss white

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders from our standard listings ship within 5-7 business days.  Larger customized orders (larger window grilles, privacy wall dividers, etc.) can take longer but are always discussed in the collaboration stage of your order.  

 Shipping

We ship USPS and UPS, currently shipping to USA and Canada.

Cancellations

We do our best to get orders out quickly, usually 5-7 business days.  Please do not make your order unless you are confident a cancellation won’t be needed.  We can not guarantee a refund if your order has already been processed.   

Refunds 

Since all of our orders are customized, refunds are not accepted.  However, if you have a problem with your order, please let us know.
